STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE OOH ADVERTISING SPACES WITHIN ONE OF THE MIDDLE EAST FINANCIAL DISTRICT

The focal point of this project was to design a potent Out of Home (OOH) advertising strategy within the heart of the city’s Financial District. This bustling, high-traffic area served as an ideal canvas for effective and targeted OOH advertising.

The primary objective was to enhance brand visibility and engagement for advertisers, while concurrently enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the district. We embarked on this endeavor by conducting a comprehensive study of the district, identifying high-footfall locations and the demographic profile of pedestrians frequenting the area.

This allowed us to discern the most effective advertising mediums and locations within the district, ranging from digital billboards and advertising tactics. We also integrated technologically advanced elements like interactive displays and augmented reality into the advertising mix, creating more immersive and engaging advertisements.

Furthermore, we designed a tailored strategy for our client based on their target audience and marketing goals, thereby maximizing reach and impact. This case study illuminates the nuances of creating an effective OOH advertising strategy in a financial district, detailing the unique challenges faced, the innovative solutions proposed, and the resulting impact on advertisers and the broader urban landscape.
